Reporting: Reports to the Vice President of Operations
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Nonprofit Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred); 5–8 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or economic development; proven success securing funding and partnerships.

Support the planning, organizing, and execution of events and marketing projects to promote Oakland Thrive's mission, brand, programs, and services — managing timelines, collaborating with internal teams and partners, and ensuring successful delivery.
Reporting: Reports to the Senior Manager of Client Engagement & Events
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field; 2–4 years in strategic marketing, brand strategy, and event planning; strong writing, social media, and graphic-design familiarity (Canva, Adobe Suite).
